MEPL: manage the innovative Digital Assets and Fractionalization Solution “DigiEstate” Platform in the SECP Regulatory Sandbox environment till approved by SECP. During the RSB period, continue to operate as the implementer of the DigiEstate Platform, taking the role of AF Operator and, in collaboration with FPM, as AF Technology provider according to the LOA and Operational Conditions granted by SECP. MEPL: manage the DigiEstate Private Limited (DEPL), a subsidiary company formed as a Single Special Purpose Entity (SPE) to open Escrow Account for each property, manage and operate Multiple Properties In collaboration with FPM, MEPL: will offer Fractions/Tokens through Blockanica Block Chain Technologies (BBCT), a provider of information technology for DigiEstate Platform, for creation and maintenance of Asset Fractions as Digital Real Estate Tokens (RE Tokens) through a Distributed Ledger Technology enabled Block Chain technology infrastructure, and to provide DigiEstate Platform solution functions to MEPL and DEPL during the Regulatory Sandbox (RSB) period When the DigiEstate Platform RSB is successfully evaluated and approved by SECP, the DigiEstate Platform solution shall be ready to be offered to the public.
