Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, Cast Steel and Stainless Steel Valve parts are manufactured by Dikkan Metal A.S. which is part of the Dikkan Cooperation.Bronze, Gunmetal, Low-Zinc Bronze, Zinc-Free Bronze, Tin Bronze, Aluminium Bronze and all other Copper alloys are casted by Iz-Metal A.S. which is part of the Dikkan cooperation.
Having obtained a good share in the world market, Dikkan exports to USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Holland, Sweden, France, China, Croatia, Spain, Italy, New Zealand, Africa, the Middle East Countries and the Turk Republices.
Physical and Mechanical analyses are performed in Dikkan’s well equipped laboratories trough a spectrometer, hardness measuring device, PC supported metal microscope, elongation tensile measurement machine, notch/stroke test device.
Test results are appraised on the Certificate of Manufacture and 3.1 Inspection Certificate according to DIN EN 10204 norm. Production is certified by Lloyd's Register for ISO 9001:2015. Products are CE marked by TÜV Rheinland.
Dikkan holds also; LR (Lloyd’s Register), DNV (Det Norske Veritas), BV (Bureau Veritas), GL (Germanischer Lloyd), TSE (Turk Standartlari Enstitusu) approvals.
