Founded in 1988, DVD Valves is a reputable valve manufacturer located in Izmir, Turkey. Over 250 employees are dedicated to valve manufacturing in DVD factory of 20,000 m2 covered area with 50% export share. DVD Valves is a family owned company which leads to flexibility, fast reaction, dependability and long term strategy. Starting from 2017 and on, DVD Valves is a Recognized R&D Center by the Ministry of Science. DVD Valves owns more than 10 patents and all valve designs belong to DVD. With capabilities of Solid Modeling, Structure Analysis, CFD Analysis, Casting Analysis Software & Lab Facilities of Type Testing, Cavitation (Sigma) Measurement, Kv Measurement, Air Capacity Measurement; DVD Valves provides proven-design of 35 years of experience. DVD Valves can handle Ductile Iron, Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Super Duplex and Nickel Aluminum material for Waterworks, Irrigation, Wastewater and Seawater applications in DN25 – DN2600 & PN10 – PN63. Founded in 2015, DVD Valves owns a Technical High School recognized by the Ministry of Education where 35 students study for 4 years, to be valve experts. Already 85 students graduated successfully and are serving the industry. DVD Valves possesses ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, WRAS, EAC, CE and MID certification.
