Dinamik Isı Yalıtım A.Ş. was established in 1991 in İzmir by Metin Akdaş, specializing in insulation products and application solutions. In 1993, it launched Insulation Consultation Centers, providing free advisory services to installers and end-users.
In 2004, the company entered manufacturing by commencing production of CLIMAFLEX polyethylene foam insulation materials.
In 2006, it began producing packaging profile products under the DYNAPROFIL brand.
In 2011, it broadened its product range by commissioning an XPS (extruded polystyrene) production line.
In 2015, following an upgrade to the XPS production line, it increased capacity by 20%, reaching an annual output of 130,000 m³. In 2016, with an investment in a new PE production line, it began manufacturing high-density flooring profiles under the Dyna Profil EDGE brand.
In 2017, it introduced custom-designed XPS products: DYNAFOAM FRIGO for refrigerated truck body insulation, DYNAFOAM BRICK for insulating brick-clad buildings, DYNAFOAM X-TILE for secure insulation of tiled roofs, and DYNAFOAM PANEL for use as core infill in sandwich panels for plastic door production.
In 2018, it launched production of cross-linked polyethylene (XPE) foam sheets.
In 2020, the company was publicly listed on Borsa İstanbul, trading under the ticker DNISI.
In 2021, it began production of elastomeric rubber foam insulation materials at its own 20,000 m² facility in TOSBİ (Tire Organized Industrial Zone).
In 2022, a solar power plant (GES) with 14,000 m² of rooftop coverage was installed at the rubber production facility, initiating in-house electricity generation.
In 2023, additional rooftop solar power investments totaling 6,700,000 kWh of installed capacity were completed across the PE Foam Production Facility, XPS Foam Production Facility, and XPE Foam Production Facility. It currently operates in the Tire Organized Industrial Zone on a total open area of 55,000 m², with 6 buildings and 5 facilities.
