Our career pathways solutions focus on individuals seeking or needing career-repurposing and transition through training, education, coaching, advising, and placement. It also includes age discrimination research, support and advocacy. Our clients include re-purposing, transition, and new pathways for injured workers, Covid-19 displaced workers, older workers, military, and those seeking a higher level of challenge and satisfaction in their careers. We support organizations with workforce solutions that provide decision makers with hard data about organizational outcomes and improvement alternatives. We consider the unique context and culture of our clients in all of our initiatives because context is crucial in developing solutions that fit the organization's unique identity and beliefs. Our approach is to assess the impact of systems and processes, determine whether they achieve outcomes, and then offer solutions based on such evidence.
