Distributed Additive Manufacturing

Whether prototyping or full scale manufacturing, we believe additive manufacturing (3D printing) should be sustainable. We founded Distributed Additive Manufacturing (DAM) in the summer of 2020 to create our own scalable and sustainable platform. Specialising in designing for additive manufacture, our team of experienced designers work on optimising designs to work across a range 3D printing technologies. We have developed our proprietary, large scale printing hardware that, along with our industrial-grade recycled composites, offers the most sustainable large-scale 3D printing. Our platform enables fabrication of affordable, fully functional parts with engineering grade precision and build volumes up to 1000mm x 3000mm x 1000mm (Fused Filament Fabrication) and 300mm x 165mm x 1000mm (Steriolithgraph). With experience delivering prototypes to functional parts for clients including BMW Group we are excited to drive forwards a more sustainable form of manufacturing in the automotive and surrounding industries.
