It can be hard to get the first work experience in Belgium. We know that. This can become even harder depending on your background. That’s what we are here for. DiversiBe is a social project that works on unaddressed social issues while giving work experience to the next generation of diverse workforce. The goal of this project? Empower anyone who identifies and female, LGBTQ+, having a disability or coming from mixed heritage to land on the best jobs available in Belgium.
