DiversiTest

Le DiversiTest® est le premier test multidimensionnel d’intelligence culturelle. A partir de la manière dont un individu comprend, ressent et agit au sein d’une organisation, il définit un profil culturel. Sur la base de ce profil, le DiversiTest® permet d’identifier les compétences cognitives, émotionnelles et comportementales à développer afin d’augmenter son quotient culturel (CQ), ou intelligence culturelle. DiversiTest® is the first multidimensional cultural intelligence test. Based on the way an individual understands, feels and acts within an organisation, it defines a cultural profile. Based on this profile, DiversiTest® identifies the cognitive, emotional and behavioural skills that need to be developed in order to increase one's cultural quotient (CQ), or cultural intelligence.
