DMI is an independent French company, specialised in public policies, in economic development, in the reform of judicial institutions, and the strengthening of institutional capacities for a better governance. To participate into the XXIth century emerging markets, DMI has opened offices in China, Kazakhstan, Côte d'Ivoire and Tunisia, as a way to assist in the development of international trade, and of foreign direct investments.
