Initially launched as a personal development tool, DO-IT now bridges the gap between learning and recruitment, empowering users to grow through interactive, science-backed challenges, while enabling companies to assess candidates’ soft skills and cultural fit through custom evaluations. Our mission is to help young people get hired for who they truly are and what they can become, not just what’s on their CV.
