Dockar Consulting was founded by Neil Dockar to provide a personal bespoke senior consulting service specifically aimed towards solving problems for CEOs / CFOs. Often in the larger organisation vested interests and politics can prevent a clear, unbiased course of action from being proposed. As we are independent with years of experience we can cut through this "noise" and give a valued assessment to the CEO / CFO. This can be invaluable in smaller situations where sometimes you just need an independent sounding board.
