All of my research brought me back to the revelation that Whole Foods were the building blocks for a Healthier more vibrant life! I went from my farming career on a quest for international superfoods, which led to the foundation of Essential Living Foods which was on a quest for the most enzymatically stable, phytochemically sound, nutrient-dense foods on the planet. Being a foundational company to ignite the raw superfood movement nationally + internationally. During this time in my life, I started on the quest to understand all the nuances of human health and the factors + co-factors that are ultimately affecting human health. My biggest passion now is helping everyone who is on the quest for ultimate wellness. My mission is to empower my friends, my patients + my clients to live a healthier, holistically happier life that allows them to be agents of change.
