Dogs Connect

Dogs Connect is a world-first mental health and wellness program. We are an organisation that helps introduce a wellbeing dog into settings such as schools, hospitals, aged care and justice communities. We work with your community to design long term, sustainable programs to improve social and emotional balance by integrating wellbeing dog. Our wellbeing dogs are trained ‘on the job’ so it allows staff, caregivers, community members and students to learn and grow alongside your dog and every program we build is in line with the International Standards for Animal-Assisted Intervention. Developed over many years Dogs Connect is based on academic research and science-based evidence, combined with a broad range of teaching and behavioural management practices.
