We offer a laser cutting service, supplying your prototype or bespoke parts by transforming your initial drawings, plans, sketch etc to suit your personal specification, our aim is to provide you with a through-the-line service from concept to completion. We work with an extensive range of materials of varying thicknesses and finishes, serving a range of industries from engineering and fabrication, to architectural and art works. The process is low cost given there are no tooling or clamping costs, therefore producing finished products, ready for use, directly off the machine. Our LVD Axcel 3015 machine has automatic sheet loading and unloading, maximum sheet size of 3000mm x 1500mm, rapid moves can be at 170m/min and the cutting speed of the flying optics head up to 15m/min. For precise cutting, positioning accuracy is 0.05mm and repeatability within 0.02 mm. Our maximum bed size is 4000mm x 2000mm.
