Mädchen Amick (actress, director, writer) along with her podcast co-host and daughter, Mina Tobias (singer-songwriter, actress, writer), husband David Alexis (music producer, singer-songwriter, coach), and son Sylvester Alexis (rapper, writer, activist) have come together as a family to create the groundbreaking mental health foundation Don’t MiND Me. Don't MiND Me is a not-for-profit foundation born out of a fervent and unwavering determination to end the stigma and discrimination surrounding mental illness by uniting all existing and future efforts to implement DIRECT IMPACT on the lives of those most urgently in need of care.
