Dr. Allison Slade

Dr. Allison Slade is a Holistic Health Educator, Intuitive, Performance Coach & Public Speaker. She has been integrally involved in the fields of health, nutrition, exercise and sports for more than 30 years. She obtained her B.S. in Kinesiology & Nutrition; M.S. in Exercise Science & Health Promotion; and a Doctoral Degree in Health Science. She brings her own valuable experience from competing at a high level in multiple sports, overcoming Lyme disease, and recovering from various athletic injuries. Her vast experience as an educator, athlete, college coach, sports massage therapist, strength & conditioning coach, and business owner, led her to the classroom setting where she spent the past 20 years lecturing both in community college and university settings. Dr. Slade has taught a number of health education courses encompassing all areas of physical, psychological, personal, and community wellness with an emphasis on nutrition, exercise, sports performance, healthy aging, and stress management. Her most recent areas of study have been as a health intuitive and in integrative somatic trauma therapy. She has been mentored by renowned medical intuitive Julie Cobb. Dr. Slade brings a holistic approach to her work and teaching, serving as an extraordinary role model, coach and educator. Dr. Slade promotes integrative health and wellness, approaching each client with a mind-body-spirit wholeness. She offers traditional healing with holistic, integral health modalities. Through intuitive readings and educational sessions, she assists clients in achieving optimal health and well-being. Dr. Slade believes in the law of attraction and, as such, will help you shift your mindset and manifest your optimal well-being.
