We are working towards this mission by supporting organizations to transform into spaces where every human can feel safe, seen, and valued in the full expression of their humanity.
We are a trans*-led, purpose-driven training & consulting agency specializing in individual and organizational change to widen the circle of human concern, for more inclusiveness and a sense of belonging for all. Our approach is based on an intersectional-feminist perspective.
We are proud to nurture this venture into a growing team of predominantly queer digital natives from around the globe, holding different gender- & cultural identities and abilities. Ultimately, we see the workplace as a lever to accelerate the UN's SDGs 5, 8, 10, 16.
