We are a boutique consultancy focused on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). We build human-centered solutions for brave organizations committed to tangible and lasting change. Our *mission* is to co-create a more just and equitable (working) world for all humans. Our *vision* is a world in which every person feels a sense of belonging and dignity. We are working towards this mission by supporting organizations to transform into spaces where every human can feel safe, seen, and valued in the full expression of their humanity. We are a trans*-led, purpose-driven training & consulting agency specializing in individual and organizational change to widen the circle of human concern, for more inclusiveness and a sense of belonging for all. Our approach is based on an intersectional-feminist perspective. We are proud to nurture this venture into a growing team of predominantly queer digital natives from around the globe, holding different gender- & cultural identities and abilities. Ultimately, we see the workplace as a lever to accelerate the UN's SDGs 5, 8, 10, 16. We are engaged in the work of dismantling systems of oppression & acknowledge that this needs to start with us. Our work contributes to the achievement of diversity beyond representation across dimensions inside of companies, organizations, and corporations throughout Europe and the world; Ensuring that diversity is not just a "nice-to-have" or a fig-leaf employer branding project, but that the golden thread of belonging and inclusivity is woven through the fabric of every business we partner with. We see our clients, participants, partners, and ourselves as change-makers engaging with a global call for social change - inside and outside the workplace.
