Custom automation design and build- automation for industry is only limited by imagination. Our experience and outside the box thinking will bring your automation project to life. If you only need to add safety systems to existing machinery, or would like a fully automated machine designed and built from an idea, we can handle it. Our Electro-Mechanical technicians have years of experience in safety system design and implementation, Allen Bradley PAC programming, servo drive systems, laser sensors, robot integration, hydraulics, and pneumatic's. We have a dedicated paint booth that bakes on the single stage activated paint, so your automation project finish stands up to the rigors of industrial lube cleaners and looks good for years.
Custom piece part machining- we can machine your one off and production parts from any number of materials including tool steels, mild steels, aluminum, brass, copper, titanium, exotic powdered metals, plastics, and about any other material. We have on site heat treat capabilities, and can also hard machine your parts after heat treat. We offer vertical and horizontal CNC milling machines, 5 axis CNC milling, CNC turning, and flat and cylindrical grinding.
Fabrication- we offer water jet cutting and fiber laser cutting capabilities, along with CNC press brake capabilities. We look forward to the opportunity to quote your sheet metal parts and projects.
