RFM Incorporated, a group company of Mitsubishi Materials Corporation, is a high-tech cutting tools manufacturer in Brighton, MI. Started out of a 100-square-foot shop space in Wixom, Michigan in 1978, RFM has grown to a $4.2 million per year, 15-employee shop with a full-production robot-only night shift.
