Drawing House is a hotel incorporating the codes and experiences of a boutique hotel, it will include 143 rooms, a bar, a restaurant, a wellness centre with a swimming pool, a sauna and a fitness room as well as 4 multi-purpose studios and an exhibition space. Carine Tissot, general manager, has invited several artists to use the common areas and rooms of the Drawing House, which will open in April 2022 in the Gaîté-Montparnasse district.
