We are dedicated to establishing a leading research center for advanced technologies in high-quality, safe, and sustainable regional food production. From May 2020 to September 2026, our ambitious goals include: • Building a world-class team of food scientists. • Advancing scientific knowledge and educational excellence in food technology. • Enhancing the production of high-quality, safe, and sustainable food within our region. Our interdisciplinary team comprises researchers, PhD students, and support staff, working collaboratively to achieve these objectives. This project has received funding from the European Union's Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No. 952594.
