Our animals are raised humanely, they’re not fed antibiotics and they’re not crowded into undersized feed lots or rushed to a target weight compromising their health and enjoyment of life. They’re given good food, the run of the land, and a full life.
The process of growing, shaping, and tending to the meat as it dry cures concentrates and enhances the natural flavors and textures creating a superlative experience.
