Dry Aged is a specialty butcher shop in the heart of Port Credit, Mississauga. We offer premium quality meats and poultry, international cheeses and deli, local, fresh produce, and European fine foods.
Our specialty is dry aged beef. Our beef has been hung for several weeks to allow the beef’s natural enzymes to break down the muscle tissue, producing a gamier taste with a heightened flavour and tender texture. And it's all prime-grade! At our butcher counter you will find only hormone and antibiotic-free meats and free-range, air-chilled chicken. We serve a variety of premium meats, including Ontario lamb, Ontario white and red veal, Berkshire pork, and a range of game meats like wild boar, elk, bison, kangaroo, red deer and venison. Some of our other top products include Australian and Japanese Wagyu beef, and certified organic caviar. Our in-house sausages and burgers are made without fillers; just meat.

Our deli section includes products like Prosciutto di Parma, Jamón Ibérico, Coppa, Westphalian Ham, Wagyu Salami, Soppressata, Black Forest Ham (Nitrate-Free) and Oven-Roasted Turkey (Nitrate-Free). We also carry a variety of pates and terrines, such as Duck Rillettes with Foie Gras, 5 Game Terrine with Cranberries, and Duck Liver Mousse. We provide catering for custom cheese and charcuterie boards.
