drynkspilot is the leading European omnichannel platform for non-alcoholic beverage alternatives. The Berlin-based start-up was founded in spring 2024 by well-known drinks creator and Mixology Bar Award Winner Chloé Merz (kiukiu, Collab Bar) and omnichannel retail professional Roland Große (Schwarz Group, REWE, Bonial). The team is completed by sommelier Jürgen Hammer (Süddeutsche Zeitung, “Weinbar Rutz” - three Michelin stars). The curated assortment already includes more than 100 quality products in the wine, sparkling wine, and spirits categories from leading national and international producers and brands.
