Doris and Telford (D&T) is a South African management services company and the soon-to-be largest holding group in the Eastern Cape. D&T companies operate and invest in disadvantaged communities and markets with long-term growth potential. Our strategy is majorly based on creating and grooming our own local talent and taking that to the various markets will be operating in, ranging from education, property management, retail franchising, technology and engineering, agriculture and production, logistics, and sooner or later health. We do this with our very own private University of Eastern Cape (UEC) which offers a variety of skills development programs for South Africa and the rest of Africa; then take the trained talent and distribute them in our companies in the different sectors and markets we operate in.
