In 2013, a group of Vietnamese community leaders saw a need to support and encourage second generation Vietnamese Australians to reach their potential, and become their best leader to represent their two cultural identities.
First run in 2014, the Dual Identity Leadership Program explores self discovery, foster leaderships skills, and supports young citizens who identify with two cultures manage, reconcile, and understand their dual identity.
