We believe a neighborhood’s built assets should serve local needs and create a more equitable social ecosystem. To achieve this, we collaborate with individuals and organizations by providing strategic support, education, and resources that will help bring their vision of their neighborhood’s future to life. We also develop innovative solutions and strategies that utilize the built environment and real estate to promote social justice and improve urban living. All of our projects are guided by our five Physical Innovation Principles—Economics, Ecology, Technology, Culture, and Ethics.
