Success Stories • Turned around the Oil & Gas project delivery division of a major Omani Construction & Engineering organization. Monthly divisional losses of OMR 500.000 were boosted to monthly profits of OMR 1.600.000 within 8 months. • Boosted throughput by 26% and increased delivery performance from 78% to 98% at Nikas Meats by streamlining the management team, with a focus on effective production and delivery of quality products in the timespan of 18 months. Leveraged a 3-year program to deliver 54% increase in revenue with an increase EBIDTA of 27%; Nikas’s market share increased by 12% and the share price increased by 23%. • Started the new private day-care organization from scratch; kinderWORLD was the first private day-care organization, independently run with 24 locations, 3000 children per day, and 375 licensed and trained employees. Revenue grew from zero to in excess of € 50,000,000; the group was sold in 2005. • Developed the Philips account for EPI wherein built a 9-year long relationship with more than 41 performance improvement projects in almost all of Philips’s business units around the world as part of the Philips Centurion reorganization program initiated by former Philips CEO Jan Timmer.
