The Diverse Women’s Mentoring Association (DWMA) is a not for-profit organisation that promotes the diversity of women in professional services through mentorship, networking opportunities, institutional engagement and intercultural dialogue. DWMA's target group is women over the age of 18 at university who identify as being from a culturally and linguistically diverse background - including indigenous, migrant or refugee background - and aspire to work in a professional services area such as law, finance and engineering.
