The Hanover Centre

The Hanover Centre is a consulting partnership with a team of psychologists and psychotherapists. We provide individualised therapy and organisational training around human experiences. We centre our experience on helping individuals, couples, groups, teams, leaders and organisations. Our multidisciplinary psychology expertise creates distinct clinical, organisational and educational practices, and we have a range of services in these three areas: CLINICAL SERVICES We have a team of clinical psychologists, psychotherapists and counsellors that work across a variety of therapeutic modalities with individuals, couples and relationships, and groups. We have expertise in short-term as well as long-term counselling and psychotherapy. We work with a range of mental health difficulties, including depression, anxiety, trauma and loss, life transitions, difficulties with sexuality and gender, sexual difficulties, and addictions. ORGANISATIONAL CONSULTANCY Our team of psychologists have a mix of useful experience from private, public and third sector. Most of us have held senior professional and leadership roles in multidisciplinary teams. We are adept at bringing skills in facilitating strategic change, adapting systems and processes and improving communication within teams and across businesses. We also offer executive coaching and leadership training. TRAINING We deliver training programmes to other mental health and allied health professionals, as well as to organisations. For organisations, we offer workshops on areas that may help with team development and organisational dynamics. These might include training on equality and diversity, mental health in the workplace, managing stress and conflict, and coping with transition.
