Dynamic Therapies is a company run by a Speech-Language Pathologist who wanted to better serve children on a larger scale while creating improved working conditions and work life balance for SLPs, PTs, and OTs. We contract with school districts while also providing CPSE and private pay services. Our mission is to provide best in class therapy services with each individual child at the center of screening, assessment, therapy, and progress monitoring. We pride ourselves in providing cutting-edge therapy in line with the most current research. Traditional speech-language therapy falls short and does not support carryover into the classroom, at home, or in the community. Our therapists focus on incorporating executive functioning, neurodiversity affirming approaches, and PROMPT specialties into each and every session to ensure optimal outcomes. While the children are at the forefront of our mission, our therapists are also an integral part of how we have developed our company. We have created optimal work environments for our therapists because we know that happy, fulfilled therapists do their best work. We tailored our company to provide therapists with great compensation, opportunities for professional development, and excellent work-life balance.
