Dzeny is the result of a collaborative effort by a large team of psychologists, clinical experts, designers, and developers. The app leverages insights and clinical cases, and applies evidence-based methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), meditation, breathing exercises, yoga, carefully selected and approved by Dzeny's professional psychologists. Every aspect of the app - content, visuals, tools, and techniques - is thoroughly reviewed and validated by our qualified experts.
