e-mittaus measures real estate in the greater Helsinki area, Finland. We deliver accurate as-built drawings of single apartments or entire buildings. We serve private customers, construction companies, real estate developers, and real estate brokers.
Our private customers are usually in the process of selling their property, and they want to know the correct floor area, measured according to official standards.
Our corporate customers ask for our help at the planning or completion stage of a major renovation. Real estate developers and construction companies often lack reliable drawings of the existing site when they start to plan renovations. And when the work is about to complete, they want to compare the actual outcome to the blueprints. We do all this for them.
We measure with latest laser scanning equipment, and deliver 2d- and 3d drawings and point clouds.
We are participating actively in European standardisation related to space measurements in facility management.
