Our Mission: E2I2 is a 30-year-old environmental justice nonprofit organization that partners with communities to translate environmental data into community action. Through accessible data, innovative technology, and community-based education, we build the capacity of communities and grassroots organizations to create measurable, lasting improvements to their environmental, health outcomes, and quality of life. Our Vision: Our vision is a future where historically disenfranchised communities are no longer burdened by harmful pollutants and damaging climate change impacts. These communities have consistent access to real-time, actionable environmental data and are equipped with the knowledge, skills, tools, and resources to transform that data into sustainable, community-led solutions. As a result, entire communities experience improved physical and mental health, enhanced quality of life, and greater access to employment and economic opportunities.
