Professional Development: Our training programs focus on enhancing educators' skills in culturally responsive teaching and advancing racial equity in the classroom. Assessment and Evaluation: We design and implement the Assessing Classroom Sociocultural Equity Scale (ACSES), a robust measurement tool that helps schools and educators assess the effectiveness of their practices and make informed improvements.
