Executive Action Response Network - EARN Staffing Solutions (ESS) is an African American-owned staffing and consulting firm based in Pittsburgh, PA. Our Founding Members are the creators of EARN (Executive Action Response Network) which partners with companies and organizations to provide D&I solutions, anti-racism training, and to identify and elevate African American Executive Opportunity in the Greater Pittsburgh region and beyond.
