Earthed being is a holistic mental health Coaching & healing platform! Our mission is to support trauma survivors who had been left with higher rates of anxiety, depression, suicide and self-harm, PTSD, drug and alcohol misuse and relationship difficulties, and other disorders… The mentoring packages and healing sessions we offer are aimed to get to the root of the challenges that our clients are facing, and shading light on all the limiting beliefs, old paradigms, backdated mindsets and social programming, that are blocking them from their true potential, true identity and from reaching their utmost fulfilment, joy and purpose in this lifetime. we do that using Shadow and parts work, to accept our shadows and integrate them, meditations, sound technology (mantras), and energy work (Theta healing, Pranic healing, and ISUI Reiki) and shamanic healing), we also introduce our clients to somatic practices to shake trauma memories from their physical bodies. How we can assist you: At Earthed Being we will provide you a safe space of support and guide you to fully take ownership of your lives and align with your true essence. We will also assist you move beyond your "past social programming”, including beliefs and thoughts, and choices that have been inherited from culture, gender, society, family, and other external influences. Which will allow you to make choices and decisions that are fully in alignment with what you truly want.
