I use yoga, meditation, visualisation and calming practices to help people heal anxiety and find mental clarity. I want you to find the strength and right mindset to deliberately design your own life and character. I want you to live with more intention, to not be dragged on by life but to shape it in your own way. And I want you to enjoy the wonderful journey of befriending yourself, your mind and your body, day by day.
I’m a certified RYT 200h Integral Hatha, Vinyasa Yoga & Meditation Teacher + certified massage therapist. Entering the path of Yoga is not about learning the physical asanas: it’s about embodying the whole lifestyle from how you go through your days, interact with your surroundings, what you eat, how you take care of your physical body and how you pursue your dreams.
I struggled with anxiety, chronic worrying and eating disorders since I was 8 years old. I tried every therapy form, medication, self-medication and chaotic effort I could find. Having almost given up hope, I found salvation in philosophy and spirituality. Little by little, through books and mentors, I started to work with my anxiety and little by little felt myself healing.
It's a wonderful thing, befriending yourself and your own mind. It changed everything.
Through many years of studying and exploring I have developed my own physical practice with elements from creative vinyasa flow, meditation, visualisation and yin yoga. The most important thing during my classes is not getting into deep or advanced postures, but instead getting into a deep flow of breathing and movement, combined and in synch. That’s how we enter effortless flow. Ease and steadiness. A balance between effort and letting go.
