Ebe Ganon Community Engagement

Ebe is passionate about supporting organisations to improve their connections with traditionally underserved communities through the delivery of accessible, effective facilitation and co-design services; engaging and entertaining emcee and event host offerings; and the delivery of provocative and insightful keynote presentations. Ebe was awarded the 2024 Change Making Award in the 2024 National Awards for Disability Leadership, and has been invited to deliver keynote presentations for a range of government, university, and community sector events and conferences. Ebe is particularly driven towards opportunities to create more inclusive workplaces and tertiary education institutions, recognise human rights in public and private spaces, and amplify the voices of traditionally marginalised communities. With a background in communications, disability and inclusion, Ebe is a respected voice in the disability and tertiary education sectors. Having completed a Master of Disability and Inclusion at Deakin University, a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts at the Australian National University, and a Certificate IV in Australian Sign Language (Auslan) at Deaf Connect, Ebe is well-equipped to offer tailored, intelligent, and evidence-informed services to your organisation.
