De Foundation wil, in de geest van Sint-Maarten, de schutspatroon van de stad Utrecht, gemeenschapszin, solidariteit, empathie en samenwerking bevorderen. Het centrale thema van de Foundation is sociale betrokkenheid, geïnspireerd door het motto ‘Durf te delen!’ De stichting is in 2023 opgericht door Roelien Brommersma en Wietse Mulder.
