Ecobite

We are working towards a future where we can track our whole carbon footprint from our mobile phone. Awareness of the invisible impacts of our lifestyles will enable us to live happier, healthier and more sustainable lives. We use scientific data on food production from recent papers in life cycle analysis to infer the cost of items at each stage from farm to plate. We then add that data to Ecobite, our mobile app that will enable people to manage their diet while making positive ecological decisions.
