Ecobites® was founded by Julien John, a passionate individual with a goal to make a success of himself, to change the lives of others and pave the way for future generations to come.

To reduced food waste, by becoming the most sustainable, sustainable solution for surplus food waste in the world.
Ecobites® understands the commercial problem that exists in the UK and Globally, with fresh 'fit-for-human-consumption' surplus produce.
Currently many solutions are unsustainable and uneconomical. We find it hard to accept that businesses far and wide are having to literally, give away revenue that could be generated through redistribution and best practices.
Ecobites® has created range of commercial solutions, all aimed at optimising current solutions tackling surplus food waste.
Ecobites® have created an online chefs special board, giving the hospitality industry the ability to use surplus fresh produce, in and around the kitchens, to create unique, fresh, affordable dishes and market them to our customers.
