At EcoCare Student Accommodation, we have managed & let student homes in Loughborough for over 25 years. We are a local, family-run business, driven by a desire to provide students with a quality house that we ourselves would wish to live in, and an honest & reliable service that we ourselves would want to be treated with. We have a diverse range of excellent quality houses in desirable student locations, ranging from all-you-need one bed flats to very large & spacious 6-8 bed houses. We have some houses on the same street and next door to each other which means that we can also cater for much larger groups. As a private landlord, we're proud of our responsiveness and flexibility to get back to our tenants - there's no red tape or long winded procesess to get maintenance issues resolved. Throughout the tenancy, we have an experienced team on standby who are very well-versed with the whole range of issues that might arise during your stay. We are accredited with the DASH Landlord Accreditation Scheme, which is “the first regional accreditation scheme, outside of London, to recognise the abilities of the landlord and not just the property standards”.
