We own all the properties that we manage, which gives us the flexibility, responsibility, and ability to make a positive impact during your stay with us. Grant, your landlord, is part of the National Landlords Association Committee and works closely with the university to ensure that we are providing students with quality and reliable accommodation. Grant has always been passionate about providing good quality accommodation. He works closely with Coventry City Council to improve student housing and has regularly represented student interests at residents’ meetings. In addition to our flagship development, Willowbank Mews, we have a full range of student accommodation all within walking distance to Coventry University and the city centre. Our houses range from studio apartments to 12 bed properties designed specifically with students in mind. Our 1-bedroom flats and studio apartments are furnished to a high standard and are fit for single tenancies or couples. All our properties are well furnished and come with flat screen televisions.
