EcoFinia GmbH, based in Herford and Bochum, North Rhine-Westphalia, is well-known for the production of the finest organic chocolates since 2000. Its brands VIVANI, björnsted and Lacoa as well as the vegan chocolates of iChoc have become an indispensable part of the organic trade scene and delight chocolate lovers in more than 50 countries worldwide. For years, EcoFinia has been involved in various projects for ecological production conditions, fair dealings with suppliers and against abusive child labour on cocoa plantations, and attaches importance to the sustainable sensibility of the packaging, most of which is produced plastic-free. The production partner is the renowned Weinrich Schokoladenfabrik, a fourth-generation family business and one of the oldest chocolate factories in Germany.
