Ecological Building Systems was set up in Athboy, County Meath in 2000, the UK division was established in 2007 and is based near Carlisle in Cumbria. Through strong relationships with European partners, the first products imported were the Pro Clima range of airtight and windtight building products. The company went on to establish itself as sole importers of some of the highest performing natural insulations available on the market. Ecological Building Systems promote a 'Fabric First' approach to building design with in-depth technical support, championing the use of more natural materials to optimise building performance and durability.
