The firm was founded by two ex-investment banking professionals (35 years of cumulative experience in New York, London & Paris). Its mission is to advise SMEs in Real Estate and Infrastructure sectors on their financial strategy. We operate on the whole capital structure: senior debt / mezzanine debt / equity. We help SMEs to accelerate their growth by structuring alternative funding to traditional bank loans.
