Edgewater Resources was founded with the goal of enhancing communities and their waterfronts, with a focus on planning, design and engineering solutions based in economic reality. We consider the built environment to be our final deliverable, with the work not complete until the project is built and open to the community. We go beyond imagining what a community or waterfront could be, and develop plans that can actually be financed and built, and projects that achieve measurable economic benefits to the larger community. From the earliest stages of master planning, we apply our experience in project finance and funding to ensure that our projects are economically sustainable as well as functional and beautiful. We assist local project design teams with the vision, planning, and physical and economic feasibility for complex waterfront projects.
