Edith & Aster

Edith & Aster is a fine jeweler specializing in antique, vintage, and estate jewelry. We empower women with confidence and self-expression through unique jewelry pieces. The name “Edith & Aster” was inspired by Victorian novelist and cultural influencer Edith Wharton and her love of landscaping and design. We could imagine nothing sweeter than sitting down for conversation over tea with Edith Wharton in her garden of asters, lilies, and roses. Erica Swallow, founder of Edith & Aster, combines her love for history and beauty on her search for the most stunning and unique antique, vintage, and estate jewelry pieces. As a child, she was a rock collector—as an adult, she remains a rock collector, but of much more rare and sparkling specimens. Erica began her career in marketing and media and utilizes that professional background to elevate her gemological pursuits. Erica is a GIA Applied Jewelry Professional and is currently pursuing her GIA Graduate Gemologist degree as well. She aspires to be as bold and fearless as Gilded Age novelist Edith Wharton.
