Each year in the U.S., we invest at least $18 billion on K-12 professional learning – with little to show for it. Too much is low quality, poorly aligned with strategic priorities, and produces limited or no evidence of effectiveness. This is not a new problem. We simply must do better. At edsUP, we are working to solve this problem at scale by enabling an different way to upskill K-12 educators.
